Insurance

UGM supplies insurance solutions for intermediaries throughout the UK. As the name hints the roots were in a computer user group but that was back in the 80s. For a number of years facilities have been made available to intermediaries irrespective of the software used.

Intermediaries

Intermediaries using UGM facilities are spread through England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. There are small firms with several staff and others who employ hundreds. Whilst there is no stated minimum level of support the aim is to develop a mutually profitable, long term relationship resulting in secure cover and excellent service for the policyholder.

Location

In July 2002 we moved our operation to Chorley - "Lancashire's Market Town" where business is conducted via post, phone, fax or E-mail with intermediaries with whom there is an established trading relationship.

Our small team includes CII qualified and part qualified members whose experience within the industry ranges from several years to several decades.
